CakeMiami – No Return Policy

At CakeMiami, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality pavlova cakes and exceptional service. Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and to maintain food safety standards, we do not accept returns of any cake, whole or partially consumed.

Feedback and Concerns:

We value your feedback and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or appearance of your cake, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order1. You can reach us by [phone number] or [email address]. We will carefully consider your feedback and take appropriate action to address your concerns.

Our Commitment to Quality:

We take pride in our baking and carefully inspect every cake before it leaves our shop. However, if you believe there is a quality deficiency, please promptly return the cake, or the remaining portion, within 48 hours of pick up. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves and may offer a proportionate store credit if we determine there is a quality issue. No cash refunds will be given. If a refund is given, you cannot keep the cake.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Cancellations and/or changes for decorated cake orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds. Classic and Classic Gold Wedding Cakes – Changes may be made to the decoration of the cake with 2 business days notice. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

Non-Pickup:

If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer.

Exceptions:

We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

Modifications:

CakeMiami reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We will post any changes on our website.

“Take It or Leave It” Policy: 

We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our cake.
