Yes, they are naturally gluten-free.

Do you put nuts in the meringue?

No. We keep it classic. Just egg whites, sugar, and a little bit of magic... but no nuts.

Yes. Enjoy our classic Miami pavlova (meringue, cream, fruit) without extra fillings for fewer calories. We also offer low/no sugar filling options for an additional charge.

How should I store my pavlova?

For best freshness, keep it refrigerated. If serving at an event, it's safe at room temperature for up to 2 hours in a cool, air-conditioned area.

How far in advance should I order?

You can schedule your order up to 30 days in advance. Choose your date at checkout or contact us for help planning a large event order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Online pavlova orders can be changed or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Confirmation will be sent via email or text.

Do you cater corporate events?

Yes! Just call (786) 460-0078. We also specialize in company event catering.

Can I request specific fruit for my pavlova?

If the fruit is in season and ripe, we'll do our best. Some fruits may release moisture and affect the decoration due to moisture levels.

Can you write a message on my pavlova?

We can't write directly on the pavlova to preserve its design, but cake toppers are available as a great alternative. Just add accessories when you order pavlova online.

Can you customize the cake to match my event?

We can’t dye the meringue, but we can customize fruit combinations or toppings to complement your theme. Let us know in the notes or message us first.

Can I display my pavlova at an outdoor event?

Yes, as long as it's in a cool, shaded area. For best results, keep it refrigerated until just before serving. We recommend display time of no more than 2 hours.

Can I travel with my pavlova?

Yes. We recommend using a cooler with ice packs to keep it cool during transit.

Yes. We deliver locally for a flat rate within roughly 10 miles of our Miami locations — just choose delivery in the cart and enter your address to confirm you're in our zone. For addresses outside our standard range, text (786) 460-0078 and we'll quote it for you (or call if you prefer).

What if my location isn’t available on the date I need?

Call us for an override code during checkout. In most cases we can be available at any location to meet customer needs.

Do you have a dedicated storefront?

Not yet but that's my dream! For now, we offer two pickup locations and local delivery within our standard zone.
