A host was throwing a waterfront fundraiser for 80 to 100 guests at Shake-A-Leg Miami, the Coconut Grove nonprofit that has put kids and adults with disabilities out on the bay in adaptive sailboats since 1990. They needed dessert for a crowd, something that felt special on the bay and was still easy to serve at the event.
We sent four 19-inch pavlovas, two dulce de leche and two Nutella, enough for the whole marina party. The meringue arrived chilled, the decoration stayed intact, and the dessert looked beautiful when it was time to serve guests. That is the kind of waterfront moment we love to help pull off, one event at a time.

Can you bring it right to my boat or the dock?
We hand the pavlova to you at the address you give us, and you carry it the short last leg to your boat or slip yourself. It is the safest way for a delicate cake, and it keeps the handoff quick.
How far ahead should I order for a big waterfront party?
For most orders, next-day is enough. For a larger waterfront event, call or text before ordering so we can confirm timing, cake size, and handoff details for your address.
Can you add candles or a topper to the pavlova?
Yes. We can finish it with candles or a "Happy Birthday" topper so it is ready for the moment. Just tell us when you order.
Can I pick one up instead of having it delivered?
There is no Coconut Grove storefront, but our Coral Way location is the closest pickup point, just up the road from the Grove. Or skip the trip and we will bring it to you.
