Frequently Asked Questions
Our pavlovas stay fresh for up to 3 days when stored in the refrigerator. For best results, we recommend consuming your pavlova within 24-48 hours of pickup.
24 hours for regular pavlovas, 3 days for large events. Same-day pickup are usually available—call or text to confirm at (786) 460-0078.
We don't have our own delivery drivers but you can easily arrange a delivery via Uber Courier. We meet them curbside and they deliver to your door.
Regular (10″ round, serves 8-10) and Large (19″ × 14″ rectangle, serves 16-19). Mini Cakes and Mini Cups have a minimum of 20 pieces per order.
We do not have individual portions but no one has ever complained about having too much pavlova!
Keep refrigerated and level. Remove from the refrigerator 15-30 minutes before serving. This softens the filling slightly, making it more flavorful and easier to slice.
