"The first pavlova I ever made was for my mom’s birthday. Soft in the center, crisp at the edges, crowned with strawberries. I didn’t know it then, but that cake would change everything.
What started as a small act of love turned into a passion I couldn’t ignore. Soon, I was baking every weekend, not for a business, but because people kept coming back and saying, “This made our celebration.”
CakeMiami was born from those moments. Today, I still bake each pavlova by hand, just like I would for my own family. With fresh fruit, cloud-like cream, and a little bit of Miami soul.
